Sustainable Forestry
We are currently involved with subdivision and conversion of a marginal hill country farm to a combination of native and exotic forestry, which will be grown to provide continuous cover forestry and placed into the Emissions Trading Scheme. In the future, selective felling of native and exotic timbers will provide a sustainable source of timber.
Narrowneck Terrace Housing
We are currently undertaking the development management and project management of a 16 unit terrace housing project on Auckland’s north shore. This development is focused on bringing high quality intensification to a desirable suburb.
Modular Construction
We are passionate believers in innovation and see modular and prefabrication as a key component of modern construction methods. It is faster, produces less waste, provides a more appealing environment for staff and is capable of delivering higher quality product. We are currently assisting our client with the delivery of a 5 house project in Point Chev, Auckland using modular systems and processes.
Huia Point Chevalier
We are currently undertaking the development management and project management of a 16 unit terrace housing project in Point Chev, Auckland. This development is bringing high quality intensification to this popular and desirable suburb.
High-End Residential
We are currently involved with the project management of two high end homes, one in the mountains of the South Island, another on the Northland coast.
Large Scale Mixed Use
On behalf of an Iwi client we recently assisted with financial analysis and option evaluation for a large scale mixed use development in South Auckland.
Greenfields Due Diligence
On behalf of a Maōri development business we recently assisted with the commercial and financial due diligence on a large green fields development project in Auckland.
Project Turnaround
Over the past 5 years we have been involved with developing and executing turnaround strategies for distressed projects. Frequently this work involves providing leadership to a diverse range of stakeholders with conflicting interests and goals.
Snow Planet
Since its inception we have worked with the owners of Snowplanet to assist with the funding and project management of the various stages of development for this well known North Shore attraction.
