Micro Community
A 5 house development on a steep, challenging site in Glen Innes, with an overland flow path flowing through the middle of the site and numerous infrastructural constraints. We incorporated significant native plantings, an elevated timber pedestrian walkway, a communal garden together with contemporary and sustainable architecture to create a micro community.
Creating Communities
From 2011-2020 we were involved in the establishment and management of Creating Communities – a development partnership responsible for the creation of 340 social, affordable and market homes in the Auckland suburb of Glen Innes.
