Our purpose is to bring about meaningful and constructive change in our communities through the medium of built form. Crux Partners Limited was established by Matt Currie and Mark Taylor to be a boutique principal and advisor, operating in the property, development, and construction sectors.

Over the past 20 years the Crux team has provided specialist real estate, corporate finance and capital raising advice to a wide range of clients and sectors.
MAnage
We have significant expertise in project and development management across both a variety of sectors (residential, commercial and industrial) and locations, with a strong focus on the residential market in Auckland.
Develop
The Crux team have as principals delivered in excess of $500m of residential, commercial and industrial developments around New Zealand.
Fund
We have the capacity to arrange and provide funding for projects, both from our resources and from those of third parties with whom we have a close working relationship.
What we do?
We act and deliver for and with our clients in a variety of ways. Depending upon the needs and circumstances, we are equally happy being a principal, partner or advisor. In some projects we may assume more than one role.
